Nice property with affable staff and good location in the middle of jackson. Location very close to Phu Quoc island, city center, and the beaches.

The room was modern and well-equipped with a cozy bed, flat-screen TV, climate control, refrigerator, and even a bathtub, while the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating.

A double room I stayed at was nicely furnished. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator provided. Location: the hotel was really close to city center and beach, and the island.

We were on a tight schedule, so we only ended up crashing here for 2 nights but it was all good. the staff really went above and beyond, paying close attention to all the little things. They were super friendly and helpful. 🌟

We stayed in a modern and clean room with excellent service. the location was great, with a supermarket just a 2, minute walk away and a night market only a 5, minute drive. We were able to rent mopeds at a good price and enjoyed a good, sized pool at the hotel.
There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on the last day.

Everything about our stay was perfect. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to all the beaches on the island. the best part was the delicious breakfast, it was definitely the highlight of our mornings.
Although our stay was great, we did encounter a few issues. the first room we were shown was very small, so we had to upgrade to a better room for more space.

The staff were super helpful and enthusiastic, always quick to assist with requests, and the room was clean, spacious, and gorgeous. the only drawback was that there were no comfy sun loungers by the pool, but hey, you could always plop down on a towel and relax. 😊
